BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Hospital has announced that Dr. Lori Krome will be a new addition to the Boone County Hospitals Emergency Departments Medical Staff. Dr. Krome received her Medical Degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She makes the move to Boone from Minnesota.

The Boone County Hospital also welcomes three new orthopedic providers in May. Dr. Ross Doehrmann, Dr. Todd Peterson and Logan Driscoll, Certified Physician’s Assistant, will join Dr. John Erickson, and Dr. Benjamin Paulson in a new clinic for orthopedic services called Boone County Comprehensive Specialty Clinic. Clinic specialties will include orthopedic surgery, foot and ankle surgery, joint replacement, sports medicine, and hand and upper extremity care. Referrals are required.
