Bill Skare, Boone City Administrator talks about city projects. He talks about the sale of 15 acres of land, owned by the city to developer Kading Properties for Kate's Landing, planned on the southwest side of the city. Skare also talked about street projects and the Council wanting to move up resurfacing on Story Street, from Mamie Eisenhower north to at least the Union Pacific tracks or 11th Street if possible. That project would be targeted for the 2025 Fiscal Year. Aired Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
