DES MOINES, Iowa—Superintendent Julie Trepa received the 2022-23 Award of Honor from the Iowa Association of School Boards.

The association also recognized many of Boone board members with the 2022-23 Individual Achievement Award. Congratulations to:

The entire board also received the Team Achievement Award which is presented when a majority of its board members receive Individual Award of Achievement certificates for the year and the board has a policy that supports board development.

These accolades are awarded to superintendents and board members for their outstanding commitment to growing their skills and knowledge base. Thank you for your efforts in improving education! At this weeks School Board meeting, Trepa presented a plaque received for the recognition. It’s expected to be displayed in the Board Room at the High School.
