BOONE, Iowa—The Boone Water Environment Station at McHose Park recorded 5.7″ of snow between 8:00 Monday morning and 8:00 Tuesday morning.  That added to the 1.2″ recorded Monday bring the total snowfall event for Boone to 6.9″.  Reports had varied amounts elsewhere in Boone County.
