Central Iowa could see some storms today as a cold front pushes its way through. North-central to northeast Iowa is likely to see the greatest chance for severe storms where large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes look possible.  

The ‘DORS Award for September was presented to Brenda Harmer, a Special Education associate at the Boone Middle School.
