Saturday evening Friends of the Ledges held their evening of trick-or-treating at Ledges State Park. Trick-or-treaters could hike through the campground and get goodies at the campsites. The campers also decorated their areas for the occasion. (Photos courtesy Friends of the Ledges)

The Boone Fire Department hosted their annual Open House Thursday evening to promote fire prevention and fire safety. There were fire safety activities for the kids, fire truck tours and a hot dog dinner provided by Fareway.
