Real Christmas trees can be recycled through January 31st by dropping them off at the Boone County Landfill or at the South Green Street location by the Park Office in Boone.  Trees must be free of tinsel and ornaments and not in a plastic bag please.

Ledges State Park joined the nation-wide effort to get more people outside enjoying the outdoors on Wednesday, January 1, by hosting a First Day Hike.  It was a beautiful day so the turn out was amazing.
