The Boone County Hospital Auxiliary made a generous donation to the Boone County Hospital Food Pantry.  The BCH Food Pantry assists hospital and clinic employees during difficult financial times.

Governor Kim Reynolds made a special presentation recognizing the partnership between Fareway Meat and Grocery and Boone Community School District’s EDGE Meat Cutting Apprenticeship on Wednesday morning.

As of Monday’s tally, Saturday’s Booster Club for Drive 4 UR School at Moffitt’s Ford raised $6720, with 236 drivers helping out.  

Congrats to Megan Hicks for winning $1300 because she had HyVee products in her home.  

Boone High School’s Alicen Morley was selected as the 2018 National Secondary Social Studies Teacher of the year by the National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS).
