The Ogden’ girls’ and boys’ teams competed in their first meet of the season at the Tournament Club of Iowa in Polk City Tuesday, April 8.
For the boys, Jace Benbow led the Bulldogs and shot a 47, while Hayden Goeres followed with a 48.
Keagan Risvtedt shot a 49, and Jace Coleman ended at 52.
Colin Ryan had a 60, and Gavin Miller shot a 62.
Nevada won the boys’ meet with a 164, while North Polk shot 167 and Ogden finished at 196.
For the girls, Olivia Coleman led with a 58, and Meredith Kruse shot a 60.
Laurell Schlenker and Lydia Longhorn ended with a 63, and Clara Kruse had a 67.
Nevada also won the girls’ meet with a 203, while North Polk finished at 240 and Ogden shot a 244.
The boys will travel to Boone Thursday, April 10 to take on Interstate 35, Coon Rapids-Bayard and Boone.
The girls are off until Monday when they host Van Meter and Adair Casey-Guthrie Center at Don Williams Golf Course.
