Paige Richards won 2 West Central Activities Conference championships for the Madrid girls track teams Tuesday, May 6, at Urbandale. 

Richards won the 100-meter dash in 12.42 and won the 200-meter dash in 25.91. 

Additionally, Lauren Dvorak won the discus with her throw of 115-07. 

Richards also placed 2^nd in the long jump with her jump of 16-06.25 and was 3^rd in the 400-meter dash in 1:00.71. 

Dvorak also placed 3^rd in the shot put with her throw of 35-00.00 

The Madrid girls finished 5^th with 70 points and Van Meter won the meet with 173 points. 

For the boys Brody Buck finished 2^nd in the high jump with his jump of 5-10.00. 

The 4×200-meter relay of Loken Velky, Jacob Farrell, Buck and Tyler Sonnenfelt finished 2^nd in 1:31.83, and the shuttle hurdle relay of Kinnick Grimm, Easton Halverson, Buck and Will Atkinson also finished 2^nd in 1:02.92. 

Sonnenfelt finished 3^rd in the 200-meter dash in 22.87. 

The Madrid boys finished 4^th with 81.5 points, and Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center was 1^st with 137 points.
