BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Hospital (BCH) Community Committee is starting their 3rd Annual Food for Kids Program this summer. Several of BCH volunteers will be at the Boone HyVee this Friday and Saturday passing out flyers and collecting food. They will have the BCH trailer there and are hoping to fill the trailer. If you are at HyVee this weekend, look for the BCH volunteers and help out by purchasing some kid-friendly food items that they will give out this summer.
