BOONE, Iowa—The office of Boone County Attorney Matt Speers makes available each week a summary of cases handled by the County Attorney’s Office. This week, cases included violation of the terms of probation and guilty pleas for assault causing injury and assault. The weekly summary is made available on the Boone County Attorney’s Facebook page.

The Ogden and Madrid boys and girls cross country teams competed at the Norseman Invitational at River Bend Golf Course in Story City Thursday, Sept. 26. Ogden boys, rated No. 3 in Class 1A, finished third with 78 points.
