BOONE, Iowa—Outgoing Mayor Elijah Stines delivered the Oath of Office to new Mayor Dave Casotti Wednesday morning. Casotti defeated Stines in the municipal election held last November with 1,359 votes to 1,244 for Stines. Others receiving votes in the Mayor’s race were Erin Drake and Cole Eric Perkins.
