Madrid girls track wins Ogden relays

The Madrid girls’ track team won the Ogden Co-Ed Relays Friday, May 9, at Ogden. 

Paige Richards won 3 sprints. 

She was 1st in the 100-meter dash in 12.61, she won the 200-meter dash in 26.56 and she was champion in the 400-meter dash in 59.94. 

Mila Grothus won the 1,500-meter run in 5:42.89. 

Lauren Dvorak was champion the discus with her throw of 124-01. 

The 4×400-meter relay of Hannah Brandhorst, Madelyn Grothus, Mila Grothus and Katelyn Brandhorst won the 4×400-meter relay in 4:37.79. 

The 4×800-meter relay of Ari Mundy, Katelyn Hanson, Olivia Pudenz and Inna Howard finished 1st in 11:30.45. 

The distance medley of Olivia Ostert, Layla Fuller, Caia Byriel and Ari Munday were champions in 5:08.82 

Madrid won with 148 points while Ogden was 2nd with 143 points.
