The training session included a review of the company’s Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, the company’s policy against Harassment, and the FCC’s EEO regulations. Managers also received training on how to prevent discrimination in all facets of the employment process including recruiting, interviewing, selection, and hiring. In addition, the training provided an interactive discussion of how to ensure discrimination does not exist in ongoing management practices.
