Memorial Park will be a little more bare this spring because of the removal of several large Ash Trees.  The largest Ash Trees are being removed by contracted tree services.   The tree removal is due to the Emerald Ash Borer.

Boone Fire Chief Justin Adams is reminding Boone resident that the city ordinance restricts the burning of yard waste to a period from April 15th to May 15th between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
