As of 8:30 this morning, the official total of snow in Boone is 3.1″ in the last twenty-four hours.  We may some some additional snow and with the winds expected visibility will be poor.  So use caution if you must be on the roads.

The Boone School District is asking parents with a child that might be attending kindergarten in the 2017-2018 school year to mark their calendars for a meeting to be held January 31st in the Boone High School Commons.  More information is expected later this week.
