BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 46-year old Robert “Bob” Van Cannon of Boone, Iowa. There will be a Memorial Service Friday, August 29th at 1:00 PM at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone, Iowa. The body has been cremated. Burial of the cremated remains will be held at the Fairview Cemetery located north of Madrid, Iowa.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone, Thursday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel Thursday from 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM.
Visitation will continue Friday at the Funeral Chapel from 8:00 AM until the time of the Memorial Service, Friday at 1:00 PM.
Memorials may be given to the family and will be used at their discretion.
The Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone has been in charge of these arrangements.
