Elevated Fire Danger Wednesday

Posted on 14 March 2018 by KWBG

The National Weather Service warns that above normal temperatures and low relatively humidity will combine with gusty west to southwest winds of 15 to 30 mph to create an elevated fire danger this afternoon across much central and southern Iowa. This means that there is an increased potential for fire starts that may be difficult to control. Use caution and possibly delay any open burning today!
