Sporaa November ‘DORS Award Recipient

BOONE, Iowa—The Boone School Board took a moment Monday evening to recognize the November ‘DORS Award recipient, Nathan Sporaa.  Sporaa was nominated by Dan Bruck, a fellow teacher at the the Boone Middle School.  Bruck told the Board that he felt Nathan was a perfect candidate for the ‘DORS Award, because he goes the extra mile for the district and school.  He also pointed out how Nathan goes out of his way to engage and help students and families in need in the district.

The ‘DORS Award stands for Dedicated, Outstanding, and Respected Service Award.  It recognizes someone that provides exceptional customer service having a positive impact on students, staff and parents.
