SAO PAULO (AP) — For the third time, it will be Argentina-Germany in a World Cup final after the Argentines advanced to Sunday’s championship with a semifinal victory over the Netherlands in a match decided by a 4-2 advantage in penalty kicks. Argentina beat Germany in the 1986 World Cup final and Germany returned the favor in 1990.
