Chicken Alfredo Ravioli Bake by GKT
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken, diced
1 lb. frozen cheese ravioli
3 packets alfredo sauce mix made according to directions
(or 3 cups homemade or jarred)
1 c. mozzarella
garlic salt & pepper
Brown diced chicken in skillet, sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt.
Saute till cooked all the way through. Set aside.
Mix ravioli, chicken, sauce and mozzarella.
Place in 9×13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 till top is slightly browned (about 15 minutes).
Serve with salad and/or garlic bread.
Birthday Chocolate Cake by BDM
Cream together until fluffy:
1 ½ sticks butter
2 c sugar
Add 2 eggs and continue beating
In another bowl stir together:
2 ½ c flour
2 t soda
1 t salt
1/2 c. cocoa
Alternately add flour mixture and 1 c buttermilk
After mixing add 1 c boiling water, continue stirring
Pour into a greased and floured 9 by 13 inch cake pan
Bake at 350º until toothpick comes out clean
When cool frost with chocolate frosting
