BOONE, Iowa—The National Weather Service has updated the forecast for Boone, Story and Marshall Counties and all three are now included in the Winter Storm Warning that had been in place over the southern part of the state.  The earlier forecast projected three or four inches of new snow.  That gradually grew to as much as five earlier Tuesday and now the forecast calls for four to six inches of new snow.   The other issues of wind and visibility concerns will remain with the expectation that the windchill will also be an issue later Tuesday night until possibly Friday.   Low temperatures Wednesday night to Thursday morning are now forecast to be -10 to -15 with wind causing a windchill of as much as -30.
