Friday’s Recipes: Peanut Butter Dream Bars and Creamy Shrimp Alfredo

1 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/4 cups quick oatmeal
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Reece’s Peanut Butter cup minis
1 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350. Mix butter, sugar, soda, oatmeal, flour and salt. Reserve one cup. Press mixture into a sprayed 9×13 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Mix sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in a small bowl. Carefully spread over par-baked crust. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top and bake 15 minutes more. Scatter peanut butter cups and chocolate chips over top and return to oven for 5-10 more minutes.

1 pkg Alfredo Pasta mix
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 cups baby spinach leaves (fresh or thawed)
1 T oil
1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp
2 T grated Parmesan Cheese
Cook Alfredo Pasta mix per package directions. During the last five minutes of cooking, stir in the cherry tomatoes and baby spinach. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick skillet. Add the shrimp and cook until it turns pink, about 5 minutes. Stir cooked shrimp into pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
