Posted on 26 December 2013 by KWBG

BOONE, Iowa—It is that time of the year that the Pufferbilly Days ™ Steering Committee is seeking entries for the 38th Annual Logo and Theme Contest.  The 2014 Pufferbilly Days ™ Festival will be held September 4th through the 7th.  As always, the winning logo will be featured on the celebrations memorabilia, brochures, posters and other promotional materials.  Last year, the celebration used the 100th Anniversary of the Lincoln Highway for a little different spin.  But, this year it’s back to railroad heritage.  Logo and theme entries need to be in the the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce office or submitted by email to by Friday, January 10th.  The winning logo and theme will each receive $50 in Chamber Gift Certificates that can be used a numerous local businesses.  Anyone with any questions is encouraged to contact Emily McColloch the Events Coordinator for the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce.
