Crockpot Candy by CK
32 oz dry roasted peanuts (or almonds)
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
4 oz German sweet chocolate
32 oz white chocolate candy melts, or white chocolate chips, or white chocolate almond bark
Place ingredients in a crockpot as listed. Do not stir. Cook on low for 1 1/2 -2 hours – do not open the lid! After cooked, stir and drop by spoonfuls on a parchment paper. Allow to harden and store in a closed container.
Pickle Wrap Spread by CK
16 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz deli-sliced ham, chopped
16 oz baby dill pickles, drained, diced
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped ham, and diced pickles; mix well. Place mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour, before serving. Serve chilled, with crackers.
Hot Chocolate in a Crockpot by BDM
Mix together in a crockpot:
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
6 cups milk
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 t vanilla
Set on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Garnish with whipped cream.
