Oreo Cookie Balls by CK
6 oz fat free cream cheese
15 ¼ oz Oreo cookies, finely crushed
2 packages white chocolate, melted
Mix cream cheese and Oreos together until well blended. Shape into 40 – 1 inch balls. Place on waxed paper. Freeze for 10 minutes. Dip balls in melted chocolate; Return to baking sheet. Decorate as desired.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Crispy Parmesan Turkey Noodle Hotdish by BDM
Prepare one 12 oz package frozen egg noodles per package directions
Cut 2 strips of bacon into small pieces and sauté until crispy, drain
Melt 2 T butter
Combine noodles, bacon, butter with:
½ c half & half
1 c chicken stock
2 T chopped parsley
2 c cooked, diced turkey
Pour into a sprayed 9 by 11 inch baking dish. Combine 1 c panko or fine bread crumbs and ½ c parmesan cheese. Sprinkle cheese mixture over the top, bake 20 minutes at 375˚
