PHOENIX (AP)- The Arizona Diamondbacks posted their third straight walkoff victory in edging Baltimore 5-4 in 14 innings. Aaron Hill, who forced extra innings with an RBI single in the ninth, came through with a game-winning single in the 14th inning for the D-Backs.

MASON, Ohio (AP) – Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli has decided to retire at age 28, saying she could no longer deal with the continuous pain on the court. Bartoli was seeded 15th when she beat Sabine Lisicki for the title at the All England Club in June.
