BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Sheriff’s Department has apparently found a suspect, wanted for a 2005 robbery at the Boxholm Bank. The department reported receiving a call from the Las Vegas, Nevada Coroner’s office Monday. In the departments release, the coroner’s office was attempting to confirm the identity of a person in their morgue, who they believed was wanted in Boone County. Fingerprint information was provided and matched that of Darryl Dahms. Dahms is wanted on an active arrest warrant from Boone County for first degree robbery. The Boone County Sheriff’s Department investigation into the case is still open.
