Strawberry Angel Food Trifle by CK
(1) Prepared angel food cake
24 oz. container frozen strawberries, sliced with sugar added, thawed
3 cups sugar free prepared vanilla pudding
16 oz. container of whipped topping
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Tear angel food cake into medium pieces. Begin layering cake, strawberries, pudding and whipped topping in a large clear glass bowl. Continue irregular layers, filling the bowl. Top entire dessert with a solid layer of whipped topping. Slice a few fresh strawberries for garnish Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.
BEST OF SUMMER FRUIT SALAD BY BDM
Stir together: 1 small cantaloupe, cubed
1 pint strawberries, halved
1 pint blueberries
2 large bananas, sliced
4 c. seedless red and green grapes
Beat 1 three oz. package cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice while beating
Fold in 1 eight oz tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
Spread cream cheese mixture over fruit.
