Crockpot Boneless Pork Ribs by CK
2 lbs boneless pork ribs
1 cup barbeque sauce
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Black Pepper
In a deep pot, cover meat with water. Boil for 25 minutes (to reduce the fat). Remove from water, place in crock pot, seasoning each piece to taste. Pour the barbeque sauce over the top. Cook on low for 4 hours. You may want to add just a bit more barbeque sauce about 15 minutes before serving.


Makes Its own Crust Coconut Pie by BDM
Beat 4 eggs
Stir after each of the following additions:
1 ¾ c sugar
½ c flour
¼ c melted butter
2 c milk
1 ½ c coconut
1 t vanilla
Pour into a sprayed 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350˚ for 45 minutes or until golden brown
