Friday’s Recipes: Tator Tot Hotdish and Rhubarb Marshmallow Cake 6.28.2013

Tator Tot Hotdish by CK (the Unofficial Official Hotdish of Minnesota)
2 pounds ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp granulated chicken bouillon
1 can green beans
Tator Tots (I like the onion version)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Season to taste and then brown and drain the ground beef. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup and the bouillon. Spread meat mixture in a 9×13 cake pan. Drain green beans and spread over meat mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Evenly distribute tator tots on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until tots are crisp.

 

 

Rhubarb Marshmallow Cake by BDM
Mix together: 3 – 4 c sliced rhubarb
1 c sugar
2 c miniature marshmallows
Pour into sprayed 9 by 13 inch baking pan
Prepare 1 package white or yellow cake mix per the package directions. Pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350˚ for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
