BOONE, Iowa—Xenia Rural Water has issued a boil order for a portion of their service area.  The rural water district reported a broken water main Monday afternoon.  Boone County Emergency Management Coordinator Dave Morlan was informed at the time that the area affected included Fraser and the surround area, about 133 customers in all.  The affected area was bounded by 130th Street on the north and 190th Street on the south.  The Y-Camp was on the east boundary and H Avenue is on the west.  It was uncertain when repairs would be made, but many customers were being notified.  The present boil order will be in effect until text results of the water are completed, possibly by Thursday if not sooner.
