Instant Russian Tea Mix by CK
1/2 cup instant tea
2 cups tang
1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 qt pkg dry lemonade
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air tight container. To serve, spoon 2/3 tsp of the mix into a cup and add boiling water. Makes about 30 servings.
Lemon Pie by BDM
Put all together in blender:
1 large lemon, cut off ends, cut up in pieces and remove seeds
4 eggs
1 ½ c sugar
1 stick of melted butter or margarine
1 t vanilla
Process until smooth, pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350˚ 40 to 45 minutes
