BOONE, Iowa—Boone Police investigated a single vehicle rollover on South Story Street, late Wednesday morning. Officers reported that a vehicle, operated by 17-year old Joshua Andrew Judge was southbound on South Story Street, when it went out of control, off the roadway and rolled completely over, coming to a rest on it’s wheels. A passenger, 18-year old Nathan Robert Westrum was taken by Boone County Ambulance to the Boone County Hospital to be treated for apparent injuries. A second passenger, 17-year old Cody Joseph Tullis and Judge were not injured. Damages were estimated at some $7,000 to the vehicle. Judge was cited with failure to maintain control. The Boone Fire Department, Fire and Rescue and Boone County Ambulance assisted officers at the scene.
