BOONE, Iowa—A reception was held at the Boone County Courthouse Thursday for Bill Lusher, thanking him for serving on the Boone County Board of Supervisors.  Lusher served one term on the board of retiring from the Iowa Department of Transportation.  Incumbant Supervisor Tom Foster and Republican challenger Chet Hollingshead were the top two candidates in the November election.  Both will be sworn in Friday morning.  Also taking the Oath of Office will be Sheriff Gregg Elsberry and Auditor Phil Meier.
