1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. chopped fresh or dried parsley leaves, crushed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange pork chops in a 13×9 baking dish, leaving space in center for stuffing. Bake 20 minutes or until pork chops begin to brown.
Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, adding onions, celery, and sage with the seasoning packet. Combine soup, milk, and parsley; remove pork chops from oven. With spoon, carefully mound stuffing in center of baking dish. Spoon soup mixture over chops.
