BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 64-year old Mark A. Johnson of the Westhaven Community in Boone, Iowa.  The service will be held Friday, October 19th at 10:30 AM at the Westhaven Community Chapel at 112 West 4th Street, Boone, Iowa.  Interment will be held at the Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Stark-Welin Chapel in Boone, Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  The family will be present and will receive friends at the chapel at that time.

Those wishing to express their sympathies through a memorial may direct their gift to the Westhaven Community, Genesis Development or the First Evangelical Free Church  all in Boone.
