Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza by TCK
Pillsbury Pizza Dough – one can
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
Barbeque sauce
2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts.
6 Strips of cooked bacon, chopped
Ranch dressing
Cook chicken breasts in a crockpot for 7-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. A piece of tinfoil over the meat prevents is from getting leathery. After it’s done, shred it without draining the liquid to keep it moist. Roll out the dough and bake per package directions. Spread barbeque sauce on your pizza crust and then add your shredded chicken. Sprinkle the bacon pieces on top. Add your cheese! Bake another 10 to 20 minutes; just enough to melt the cheese.
Serve with ranch as a dipping sauce.
Seafood Casserole by BDM
Mix together:
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2/3 cup milk
½ c mayonnaise
Add:
1 can shrimp
1 can crabmeat, drained
1 can water chestnuts
2 cups dry noodles
Mix all together, pour into sprayed 2 ½ qt casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with 1 can onion rings and bake, uncovered, another 10 minutes.
Note: can use frozen shrimp, adjust cooking time accordingly
