Ogden started its homecoming game against undefeated Pella Christian
with a 3-yard touchdown run from Cody Good. In the second quarter,
Caleb Frye scampered seventeen yards for a Bulldog score
and just before halftime, Good had another 3-yard t-d
for a 21 – 0 Ogden lead. In the third period, Jonathon Thompson
took it into the end zone from the eleven, then the Bulldog defense
held off the Eagles in the fourth quarter to hand number-three
Pella Christian its first loss of the season, 28 – 14.
Ogden, now with a record of 4 – 2, goes back on the road next week
at South Hamilton, who was shutout by Aplington-Parkersburg, 41 – 0.
