OGDEN, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 69-year old Patricia Cook of Ogden, Iowa.  She passed away Wednesday, September 12th at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa.  Pat’s wishes were to be cremated.  A Prayer Service will be held Saturday, September 15th at 11:30 AM at the Community United Methodist Church in Ogden, Iowa.  There will be a luncheon in the Church basement following the Prayer Service.

Visitation will be held at the Community United Methodist Church in Ogden, Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the Prayer Service at 11:30 AM.
