Teriyaki-Injected Pork Loin by CK
2 pounds boneless pork loin
½ cup teriyaki sauce
½ cup pineapple juice
Combine teriyaki marinade and pineapple juice. Inject into pork loin, spacing about 1 inch apart. Season outside of loin as desired. Grill over indirect heat for approximately 15 – 20 minutes per pound, or until internal temperatures reach 145 F followed by a three-minute rest period.

Beat 1 c white syrup into 1 c shortening
Beat two eggs and add one at a time
Stir 1 t baking powder, ½ t soda, ¼ t salt into 2 ½ c flour
Add flour mixture into soft ingredients, then stir in 1 t vanilla, 1 c coconut, 1 c raisins, 1 c nut meats
Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350˚ until brown
