BOONE, Iowa—Boone County Sheriff Ron Fehr report that two-people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle accident in northwest Boone County Thursday morning.  Fehr says deputies investigated and reported that 19-year old Aerial L. Hess of Dana failed to yield the right of way at an intersect and collided with a semi operated by 57-year old Dean A. McCoy of Lanesboro.  Both drivers received non-life threatening injuries and were transported to the Boone County Hospital by ambulances.  Damages were estimated at some $10,000.
