BOONE, Iowa—The Boone City Council’s Public Safety and Transportation Committee will be considering a request to establish a parking voucher system.  The voucher system is being proposed through the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce for local hotels and motels.  They would be able to use vouchers for out of town business guests that will be downtown and may receive a parking ticket.  Boone City Administrator Luke Nelson says the Public Safety and Transportation Committee will meet at the City Hall at 5:00 Wednesday afternoon.
