BOONE, Iowa—Boone County Sheriff Ron Fehr says his department has charged 22-year old Blaine R. Snyder of Boone in connection with a stabbing incident at a party east of Boone last Saturday night.  Fehr says injuries to 18-year old Bailie J. Biersner led to a Felony Serious Assault charge.  Injuries to 18-year old Jackson Martin led to a charge of Aggravated Assault.  Injuries to Biersner were to her face and resulted in 60-stitches.  Fehr says she is receiving additional treatment at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.  Martin was treated and released from the Boone County Hospital.
