BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Hospital has exceed budget projections for the first two months of the fiscal year and are well ahead of the pace set a year ago.  Hospital Administrator Joe Smith says there’s still along way to go.  So far, the net gain has exceeded the budgeted amount by some $90,000 and exceeds the first two months of the last fiscal year by $174,000.
