Copper Theft

BOONE, Iowa—Boone County Sheriff Ron Fehr says his department is investigating a theft of copper from a warehouse facility in the Boone Industrial Park.  Fehr says the complaint was received from PDM about 10:30 Thursday morning.  Someone had entered a warehouse, cut out the copper and hauled it away.  It was estimated to weigh about […]

BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 67-year old Kieth W. Hellman of Boone, Iowa.  Following Kieth’s wishes, his body has been cremated.  No service is planned at that this time.
