Over the past several months, the Central Iowa Drug Task Force has been conducting an investigation into the illegal distribution of marijuana in and around the City of Boone. As a result of this investigation, the following have been arrested and charged: Ryan Michael Germain, 26, of Boone – 3 counts of Delivery of Marijuana; Lane Derek McKay, 27, of Boone, – 2 counts of delivery of marijuana, 1 count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, 1 count of failure to affix drug tax stamp; Brady Cloyd Platter, 30, of Boone – 1 count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, 1 count of failure to affix drug tax stamp; Allysa Lois Haase, 20, of Boone – 1 count possession with intent to deliver marijuana, 1 count failure to affix drug tax stamp; and, Joseph Andrew Germain, 25 of Ames, -1 count of driving while barred and unlawful possession of prescription pills.
