Site Plans Up for Review

BOONE, Iowa—The Boone City Planning and Zoning Commission reviews two site plans Monday. One for the Iowa Railroad Historical Society for a Museum Building to be built near the Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad Depot. At the last City Council meeting, the Council voted to not to forgive the building permit fee of nearly $4,800. The project is estimated to cost some $850,000. The second site plan is for Cyclone Car Credit in the 300 block of Mamie Eisenhower Avenue.
