BOONE, Iowa—For the past several years, the Boone County Board of Supervisors and Auditor Phil Meier have taken time to present the preliminary County Budget to representatives of the Boone County Farm Bureau. That tradition continues Monday evening at the Pizza Ranch in Boone. The Supervisors have had to struggle with the budget for Fiscal Year 2012. The official Public Hearing on the budget will be held in March.
